Overview
The aim of the Master of Leadership and Management (Policing and Security) Graduate is to further develop students' high level professional practice by examining challenges in contemporary executive leadership and management in national and international policing, security and related regulatory professions, in the context of its theoretical, conceptual and empirical foundations.
An AGSPS course is designed as a “meeting place” between the professional world of its students and the academic world of theory and research. Successfully completing an AGSPS course should enhance a student’s ability to perform in both worlds. AGSPS courses aim to prepare graduates to contribute to theory and research as well as to professional practice.
