Overview
Graduates will have broad theoretical and technical knowledge of the communication discipline including specialist understanding of one sub-discipline. They will have:
- The skills to select appropriate methods and technologies to source, critically analyse and synthesise knowledge and information to complete field appropriate activity
- Cognitive and technical skills to transmit information and skills to others
- Intellectual and creative skills to apply critical thinking and
judgement in identifying and solving problems in unpredictable and authentic environments - A sense of curiosity and the capability to plan, undertake and evaluate basic research.
- Well-developed communication skills to present a clear, coherent and independent exposition of knowledge and ideas.
